Professional Tile and Grout Cleaning
TILE AND GROUT CLEANING – ALKALINE
The first step in our cleaning process is to inspect the flooring for any problem areas and address them before starting the service.
Second, we will apply our Alkaline solution on both the Tile and Grout and let it soak for a few minutes.
Third, we Scrub all grout joints ensuring proper agitation to loosen and break up the dirt and grease.
The final step in our cleaning process is utilizing an SX-15 that is attached to our State of the Art Truck Mounted system. The SX-15 is a self contained pressure washer that sprays up to 1200 psi with 220 degree water and extracts at the same time leaving your floors Clean, Sanitized and Dry.

Designed to clog the pores of grout, penetrating sealers help repel oil and water based stains while still allowing your grout to breathe. This sealer is applied to your grout lines by hand to ensure we hit every spot, is low VOC, does not change the color of your grout, and does not leave a residue behind when it dries.

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Cleaning
It does not need to be sealed. Clean only.
The cleaning process is as follows:
We mop an alkaline cleaner onto the floor and let it dwell. We then use a floor machine to do a high heat/medium pressure rinse with extraction to break the dirt and residue loose from the texture of the tile and suck it up off the floor.
*Please note: LVT does not have grout lines, so there is no hand scrubbing of grout in this process.
